New VITC Advisory Council Members

VITC is pleased to announce the addition of the following new members to its Advisory Council:

Kevin Bell
Kevin Bell is the Interim Director of Academic Programs for the Graduate Center of Marlboro College. He has extensive experience in web-based education, including design, consulting & international instruction. Mr. Bell holds a B.S.c in Analysis of Science and Technology from Manchester University (United Kingdom), and a M.A. in Teaching with Internet Technologies from Marlboro.


David Ward
David Ward is currently the Program Manager for Information Assurance Education and Training at Norwich University. Prior to retiring in 2002, he served 23 years as an active duty military officer. Mr. Ward has a B.S. in Education from the University of Vermont, and a M.S. in Education from Norwich.
